Once you are satisfied with your
description and larger picture view. You
can then go ahead and proceed to add

to the shopping cart or continue
shopping. Once you click on checkout you
will be taken to the SIGN UP PAGE and if
you are
a new customer then then you would sign
up as a NEW CUSTOMER or if you are a
RETURNING CUSTOMER then you would sign
in with your USERNAME and PASSWORD.

are done during daytime hours between 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Deliveries
cannot be done on Public Holidays.
Delivery times and delivery dates
cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control. These factors may
include, but are not limited to: couriers getting caught in traffic,
weather delays, unforeseen accidents etc. Frostines Edibles is committed to
doing everything reasonable to get your cookies delivered on time whenever
you place an order.
Local delivery will be completed by
Frostines Edibles by the courier company we use for the deliveries. Should
you require your delivery to be made at a specific time during the day, it
will be necessary to call us to confirm that we can meet your timeline
(prior to placing your order). Please call us at

Delivery may be delayed if no
one is present to accept the delivery (residential or business), or if
security restrictions in the buildings (Residential/Condo or business) inhibit timely
entry. Please consider these factors when placing your order and please provide any
special instructions. Special handling of a delivery may necessitate
additional fees being charged.
Residential Addresses/Including
Condos/ Apartments Should no one be home and additional delivery
attempts be necessary, additional delivery charges may apply. Please make
arrangements to have someone available for delivery.
Left at Door
Should you request to have your gift left at the door, you accept all
liability and risk for your order. We do not recommend this method due to
weather and theft risks beyond our control.
No refund or credit is
available for orders left at the door.
Left with Neighbour
Should you request that your gift be left with a neighbour,
you accept all risks and liabilities for your order. No refund or
credit is available for orders left with a neighbour.
Order
Cancellations/Changes
All order changes
must be made prior to your gift being sent with our courier. Please
call

987-4520 between 9am-3pm Eastern Standard Time for all order changes. If your
order has already being picked up by our courier, no refunds or credits will
be available.
Early Delivery
- Should your order arrive one day early from the date you requested, no
refund or credit will be available.
Weather Delays
- No refund or credit will be available on late deliveries due to severe
weather, transportation issues such as flight delays, or acts of God.
Wrong Address
- No refund or credit is available due to wrong addresses submitted to us
which resulted in someone else receiving your gift. Additional product and
delivery charges will apply for resending for order. Should additional
delivery charges be necessary for additional delivery attempts, it will be
necessary to charge you for these fees.
